So far, 2012 seems to be pretty nice. I started the year off pretty damn well: champagne (only a couple sips), lots of hugs, retarded dancing, and uh...getting my hand licked by my dear friend Thomas. Well, technically this was New Year's Eve. Anyway, I've actually felt quite alright for once...terribly homesick, but not actually sick! Yesterday, Friday the 13th, marked my third year of living here in WA. Somehow, despite the rather difficult year of 2011, it's easier to deal with. In a mere seven or eight months, I'll be moving back to my hometown. Hopefully, I'll be a much happier person aside from missing my cats and dogs like hell. I'll have my best friends back, my sunshine, my tolerable level of cold and somewhat tolerable heat, my family, my life. Everything I could want for the time being. I'll miss my parents, and hell, maybe even my little brother, but it's not like I won't visit. In six months I graduate high school, and then everything ends. And begins. My new life. I'm looking forward to it so much. I just have to make it through my remaining time as a high schooler...I think I can do it, but wish me luck!

So, bring it on 2012. Let's make this the best year yet.
